Alyce S. Schouten

Alyce S. Schouten, 85, of Hartland, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Lake Country Health Services in Oconomowoc.

She was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin on April 8, 1937 to the late Frank and Fern Wallner.

Alyce was a loving wife, a devoted mother, a caring grandmother and a cherished great grandmother.

She graduated from UW-Milwaukee and became the very first kindergarten teacher for Nashotah School. Her, and her husband Larry travelled extensively to many states and countries, but her favorite destination was Hawaii.

She is survived by her husband Larry L. Schouten; daughter Tamara J. Strelitzer (James); son Mark J. Schouten (Susan); grandchildren Jeremy Schouten, Shawn Schouten, Amy Schouten; and was the extremely proud great grandmother to Jocelyn Schouten and Raegan Schouten.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 4th, 2023 at Evert-Luko Funeral home (170 Warren Avenue) Hartland from 10:00-11:00 am with service to follow.
