Beverly "Bev" K. Merriman

Beverly K. Merriman (nee Monroe) of Merton passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 79.

Beloved wife of Robert for 56 years. Loving mother of her son Charles (Carol) Merriman and daughter Diana (Dave) Zuege. Cherished Nana to Sierra, DJ, Ashton, and Kylee Zuege, and Alyssa Merriman. Dear sister of Bob (Donna) Monroe. Sister-in-law to Scott (Mary), Linda and Kathy. Dear Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Further survived by many relatives and friends. Also fur baby Sammy.

Preceded in death by her parents Wirt and Gladys Monroe. Sister Betty Reetz and Grandson Ryan Merriman.

Bev loved her family and church family. She was a foster mother to 55 children. She loved nature, the birds, flowers, and animals.

She was a dedicated member of St. John’s UCC-Merton.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM on Friday, December 29, 2023, at St. John’s UCC, N67W28321 Sussex Rd, Merton, WI with Pastor Mary Jane Huber officiating. Family and friends are welcome to visit from 10:00 AM until the time of service. 

Burial will be in the church cemetery.
