Brooke Linn Neitzel

Brooke Linn Neitzel, our little lady, gained her angel wings on February 23rd, 2023. Brooke lived an incredible 13 months on earth. Brooke, Brooke’s Battle, captivated the hearts of many as she fought her battle against Familial HLH. Brooke was diagnosed with HLH at 4 months old and had so many ups and downs for 9 months but ultimately made it to her transplant in December 2022. Brooke beat HLH but the post-transplant complications ultimately caused her to pass. Brooke will be forever known for her chunky cheeks, contagious smile, and heart full of love. Her short life on earth has left a mark on so many people and brought so many people closer to love and faith.

Brooke has left a legacy on this earth that will be carried on by her proud parents, Brad & Amanda Neitzel and brother, Blake. Brooke’s Battle does not end here but it will be continued as God intends.

A Celebration of Love will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 11:00AM until 2:00PM at the Evert-Luko Funeral Home, 170 Warren Ave. Hartland, WI followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00PM.
