Walter "Bud" Wrolstad
Bud Wrolstad ventured to God's eternal hunting and fishing grounds on 12/24/2024 with the company of his family.
Bud was born in Milwaukee, where he met his wife of over 61 years. Growing up, he would spend summers with his aunts and uncles on Oconomowoc Lake and in northern Wisconsin at the family farms around Stanley. After serving in the Army as a medic, he worked at Briggs and Stratton as a set-up machinist for over 30 years. He coached little league baseball for his sons. He enjoyed taking his family to Birchwood in northwest Wisconsin for camping, boating, water skiing, fishing, and hunting trips.
Bud is survived by his wife Geraldine (Wilding), sons Todd and Brett, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his parents Walter Sr. and Gertrude (Smasal), his parents-in-law Frank and Marge (Wilding), and his brother James.
