It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Christina Zabel on April 13th, 2024.

Christina, fondly known as Tina, was a beloved Daughter, Sister, Mother, and Grandmother. She was born in Milwaukee to the late Pamela and John Zabel, Sr., who have since passed. Christina is survived by her brothers John Zabel Jr., Mark Whitaker, Matthew Whitaker, Michael Whitaker, and her sister Malissa (Zabel) Runge (David), their children Faith Runge and Bryson Haas-Runge. Additionally, she leaves behind her three daughters, Tayler Foulk (Fought), Jynelle Zabel, and Tessa Zabel, along with her grandchildren(Sariah and Owen Foulk), Step-mother Debbie Kannenberg and Step-mother Kathy Zabel-Howie, and numerous other relatives. Christina was also preceded in death by her nephew, Travis John Zabel.

The funeral service will take place at Evert-Luko in a private ceremony with only immediate family members in attendance. In lieu of flowers, Christina's children are graciously accepting donations to assist with the funeral expenses.

A Celebration of Life to honor Christina will be scheduled for a later date.
