Cynthia "Cyd" J. Hoffmeister

Cynthia J. Hoffmeister, of Hartland, found final peace on March 22, 2021 at the age of 84.

Cyd was a proud graduate of Mount Mary College and enjoyed traveling. She was a selfless, loving wife, mother and nana who thoroughly enjoyed spending time with family.

Survived by her husband of 64 years Jerry, her children; the late Marce Kern, Mark (Kathy) Hoffmeister and Steve (Julie) Hoffmeister, her grandchildren; Lindsey (Dave) Kern-Schultz, Mandi (Nick) Kern-Schmitt, Nikki Kern, Ben Hoffmeister, Rohn Hoffmeister, Kyle (Devin) Hoffmeister and Quentin Hoffmeister, her great grandchildren; Phoebe and Sloan Schmitt, Vera Hoffmeister and Baby Schultz. Further survived by her sisters Deborah (Jim) Holzhauer and the late Judy Kincaide.

Visitation Monday, March 29th at St. Teresa Parish, Hwy 83 North Lake from 9:30 AM until a Memorial Mass at 10:30 AM. Masks are required, and services will be live streamed for those who do not wish to attend in person.
