Deborah R. Wiegelman

Deborah R. Wiegelman of Waukesha found peace after a brave battle with cancer on January 8, 2024, at the age of 67.

Beloved wife of Michael for 47 years, loving mother to Daniel (Rachel) Wiegelman, Randy Wiegelman, Bobby (Randi) Wiegelman, very proud grandmother to Adam, Nala, Aryanna, Ashleigh, Ryland, Collin, and Noah, dear sister to Donna, Steve, and Scott (Ranay) Gross. Deborah will be missed by many relatives and friends who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her sons Ronald and Donald Wiegelman, her parents Donald and Ruth Gross, her mother and father-in-law Jack and Nancy Wiegelman, and her brother Mark Gross.

Deborah was a 1975 graduate of Hartland Arrowhead High School. She loved white tigers and her cats Lady Jane, Boots, Pepper, and Lily. Deborah worked many jobs but was most fond of her job as the Baker/Donut Fryer at Metro Market. It was endearing to her that her fellow employees referred to her as “Granny” until her retirement.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM on January 15, 2024, at Evert-Luko Funeral Home, 170 Warren Ave. Hartland, WI. Family and friends are invited to visit directly at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Hartland Village Cemetery-Upper Annex immediately following the service. All are welcome to come and share your memories at a reception which will be held following the burial.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
