Edward J. Sadler, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 76. Born on May 16, 1948, Ed lived a life full of zest and joy, always ready to celebrate with family and friends.
Ed was a dedicated father to his five children: Jeni (John) Hauser, Craig (Rebecca) Sadler, Chad Stresemann, Kristine Sadler, and Keri (Corey) Caby. He took great pride in being a grandfather to nine cherished grandchildren: Alex, Alison, Alan, Jaxson, Nicholas, Natalie, Stanley, Norah, and Jenson.
A proud Army veteran, Ed carried a deep admiration for eagles and the American flag, which symbolized his strong sense of patriotism. His enthusiasm for life was infectious, and he was known for his warm spirit and love of social gatherings.
Ed is also survived by his younger brother Bill (Sandy) Sadler and sister Cheryl (Larry) Jorgenson and will be reunited in heaven with his loving parents, Robert and Mildred Sadler.
A celebration of Ed’s life will be held at Prairie Home Cemetery, 605 S Parie Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186, on August 8, 2024. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m., with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
