Frederick "Fred" Bachmann

Frederick “Fred” Bachmann, age 83, was born to eternal life on September 2, 2023. Fred was born on July 1, 1940, in Middleton, Wisconsin.

Loving husband and father. Survived by his wife of 12 years Anne Bachmann and his dog Mollie. Brother Mel "Buzz" (Carol) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma: Children of his first wife Mary Louise: Kevin (Susan), Stu (Kristine), Renee (Jason). Grandchildren: Sarah, McKenna, Ellie, Morgan, Reilly, Jack, Heather, Scott and Mathew.

Fred graduated from Middleton High School and then attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He received his Graduate Degree from the American College in Boulder Colorado.

He spent many years selling Life Insurance and Annuities for companies until he formed his own company Bachmann Brokerage Inc.

Fred enjoyed spending time with his boys attending their sporting events, hunting, and fishing. Fred was a true fisherman and lived his mantra “Time on the water is time well spent”.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at St. Charles Parish, 313 Circle Drive, Hartland, WI. Family and Friends are invited to visit directly at church from 1:00 pm until the time of Mass.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances for Fred can be directed to the charity of your choice or the Waukesha County Humane Society.
