James H. Block

James (Jim) Harold Block, age 84, of Hartland, Wisconsin went home to his heavenly Father on September 2, 2024.

Jim was born in Almena, WI on March 22, 1940, to Stanley and Florence (Thompson) Blockowitz (later shortened to Block). He graduated from Bay View High School in 1958. Jim served in the United States Air Force on Active Duty in 1963 and was honorably discharged in 1969. He was a current member of The American Legion Post #294. Jim liked to play golf, was known to bowl, and catch the occasional fish.

 He leaves behind his daughters Barbara and Claudia (Kevin). Grandchildren Amanda (Nick), Tori (DJ), Alex, Drew, Taylor, Kyle and Kristin. Great grandchildren Owen, Cooper, and Galilee. Brothers Bill and Joe, Sister Anita, and many nieces and nephews. 

 Preceded in Death by his Long-term partner Marie, his parents Stanley and Florence, siblings David and Marilyn, and Grandson Jerad.
