Mary A. Brenzel

Mary A. Brenzel passed away in her Rolling Meadows home in Oregon, WI Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at age 98. 

Mary was a pioneer resident of the senior housing co-op and an active member of the early Board. She was born Mary Agnes Booth in Milwaukee December 21, 1925, and was married for over 60 years to David George Brenzel, who passed away in 2009. She worked for 30 years at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison as an OB nurse and continued there as a volunteer after her retirement. Together Mary and Dave raised nine children. Seven daughters and one son survive her, plus 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. 

She will be buried in the family plot in Stone Bank, WI.
