Michael Schnuck – August 18, 1946 - April 9, 2024

Our beloved Father, Brother, Grandpa and Friend passed peacefully with family by his side at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in a welcoming journey to rejoin lost loved ones and a dearly missed partner.

He is survived by his sons Matt (Jennifer) and Chris (Colleen), sister Mary and Doris’s daughters Kelli (Scott), Jill (Brian) and Lana (Adam) and grandkids Hailey and Brody. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Marion Schnuck and dearly missed partner, Doris Gordon.

Mike was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was a long-term employee of Krueger Printing Company in Milwaukee. He loved traveling, especially on trips with Doris where they made friends instantly on each excursion. Mike and Doris were long-time Wisconsin Badger Football season ticket holders (44 years) and faithfully cheered for the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and had a growing appreciation of the Marquette Golden Eagles. Mike was a sports fan and hosted the tailgate at each event that brought family and friends together to cheer, grumble, coach from the seats and over all the years, never miss a correct call even though the officials routinely did. His passing has left a large void in our family and his values and influence will live on in all that we do. “Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories.”

A Visitation and Celebration of Life will be on Monday, April 22nd from 3:00pm-5:00pm with services at 5:15pm at Evert-Luko Funeral Home, 170 Warren Avenue, Hartland, WI. Reception to follow at the American Legion Hartland Post 294.

Mike has asked that all bring a story and/or a picture to share as we celebrate his life.
