Peter H. Olson

On October 6, 2021, Peter Herbert Olson, of Hartland, passed away at the age of 26 after a battle with substance abuse. The son of Deacon Allen and Ellen Olson, he was born on April 13, 1995.

Peter leaves behind countless happy memories of his kind and generous heart, quick-witted humor, and the warmest hugs. He was a great lover of animals, freshly-popped popcorn, and working to straighten out his slice on the golf course. His knowledge of movies and sports was unparalleled, and he was happiest watching Wisconsin sports with his dad or playing board games and watching movie marathons with his family.

Peter is survived by his parents, Allen and Ellen Olson, of Hartland, grandmother Catherine Moran, siblings Luke Brandon, Aaron (Regeni) Brown, Allison Olson, Madeline (Ron Smyczek) Olson, Margaret (Michael) Stoll, nieces Adelyn Stoll and goddaughter Ellie Stoll. He was further loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. At the end of his life, he knew great love and joy with Rebecca Frazier and her son, Warren.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, North Lake (W314N7462 State Road 83) with Father Joseph Hornacek officiating. Family and friends are invited to visit directly at church Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will be at St. Clare Catholic Cemetery, North Lake.
