Robert (Bob) J. Imoehl, died peacefully on Monday, July 11, 2023, age 97 years.
Bob was lovingly devoted to his wife Mary (nee Sullivan) for over 69 years. Loving father of Jeanette (John) Schaefer, Richard (Elizabeth) Imoehl, and James (Mary) Imoehl. Proud grandfather of Lisa (Barb) Schaefer-Clark, Krysten (Steve) Chrapla, Rebecca Schaefer, Andrew (Andrea) Imoehl, Benjamin Imoehl, Jillian Imoehl, Jordan Imoehl, James (Amy) Imoehl, Carrie Imoehl, Adam Falk, and Ashley Falk. Proud great-grandfather of Derek Schaefer, Ryan Chrapla, Jayson Chrapla, Jake Mollet, Lukas Mollet, Keira Mollet, Raymond Imoehl, Giovanna Imoehl, Ruby Imoehl, Lincoln Imoehl, and Devon Imoehl.
Bob was born December 21, 1925 to the late August and Clara Imoehl and was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and brothers, John and Tom. Bob was a double Purple Heart recipient after having been wounded in World War II in the Pacific Theater as an honorable and proud member of the United States Marine Corps. He worked for AC Electronics/Delco for over 40 years. He was an avid golfer and bowler in Wisconsin and Texas, a Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Brewers, and Green Bay Packers fan, and spent many years enjoying time with his family on their boat. Bob was always supportive of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in their endeavors including various athletic teams, the Boy Scouts of America, a youth sports coach, the Trinity Irish Dancers, the Oak Creek High School Band, and more. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Services for Bob will be held at St. Charles Catholic Church 313 Circle Dr., Hartland on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 with a Visitation from 10:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM followed by full military honors and a luncheon reception.
