Steven J. Wolfe

Steven James Wolfe, age 60, of Germantown, Wisconsin, passed away on March 17th, 2022. Steve was born to his parents Joseph and Carole Wolfe on October 20, 1961, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. He lived in West Bend, Wisconsin for most of his childhood and attended college at University of WI-Stevens Point and Washington County College. Steve was a dedicated System Service Representative for IBM and put his wealth of knowledge of computers and IBM technology to work for 27 years. He was married to his wife, Debbie Hron, on November 30th, 1991, and were together for nearly 30 years. They had two children, Adam and Madelyn.

Steve is survived by his mother Carole Wolfe, brother Colin Wolfe, former wife Debbie Hron, son Adam Wolfe and wife Morgan Wolfe, daughter Madelyn Mortimer (Wolfe) and husband Brandon Mortimer, and grandson Micah Wolfe. Steve was predeceased by his father Joseph Wolfe.

Steve was known for his ability to fix anything and everything. He was a “do-it-yourself” kind of person and continually volunteered his skills for anyone in need of a handyman. Steve had a love for cars, camping, boating, the Green Bay Packers, and classic rock music. He spent his summers boating on Big Cedar Lake and camping at Long Lake with his family. He was most importantly a man of faith, as he was an active church member and shared his love of God with others. Steve valued spending time with his children, was a supportive and proud father, and always put his family first. If anyone would ask Steve what was his greatest life accomplishment, he would answer with the blessing of being able to watch his two children grow into the people they have become today.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 28th, 2022 at Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hartland, Wisconsin at 2:00 pm, with visitation from 12:00-1:30 pm.
