Virginia Ruth Goodchild

Virginia Ruth Goodchild (nee Gerwing) 83 years of age, passed away on March 04, 2020.
Virginia was predeceased by her loving husband Donald Richard Goodchild, her brother William and her sister Florence. She is survived by her sisters Betty and Elaine, her three children David, Rhonda (Adam) and Dennis (Carrie), her seven grandchildren and her ten great-grandchildren.
Virginia was born April 23, 1936 in Oakdale, Wisconsin and raised on the family farm outside of Camp Douglas. She married Donald and raised her children as a working mother. Upon retirement she moved to Arizona, later returning to Wisconsin to be with family. Virginia loved to watch sports and attending baseball games, first Braves games with her sisters, then Brewers games with family. She enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino when time would allow. In her retirement she took pleasure in jigsaw puzzles, reading and time spent with family.

She will always be loved, and her smile dearly missed by family, friends and all who met her.
